Living up to the motto “Houses
for the 21st Century” the promoters have equipped
all the houses in “Monte Elviria” with the
latest technology in intelligent housing. The system
is designed to perform certain functions and has been
prepared to be able to connect any extra tasks if the
owner so requires it. The principal function of the system
is the recognition of and reaction to signals from different
sensors located strategically throughout the house as
well as turning on or off any object that is hooked up
the electrical circuit.
The earlier mentioned sensors are smoke detectors, humidity
detectors, movement detectors to detect any possible
intruders and temperature sensors to maintain the perfect
temperature in your house.
All these sensors send the collected signals to the system
which then takes care of notifying the central located
in the urbanization, the owner of the house and if so
wanted a chosen phone number, for example the security
company. Furthermore the system automatically reacts
to certain situations, for example if the humidity detectors
send a signal to the system that they have detected flooding,
the system automatically sends a signal to electronic
valves connected to the incoming water, which then turn
it off.
The system can also be programmed so that the main entrance
and the gate to the garden can be opened remotely when
the owner is inside as well as outside the house.
Access to the system can be from a computer, a mobile
phone and/or directly from a built-in panel in the house. |
