Masonry
and Roofing
The entire exterior perimeter of the building
will be made with double bricks and air chamber, insulated
by 4 cm sprayed polyurethane, with plaster rendering on the
inside and cement on the outside.
The roof cover consists
of clay tiles and insulated by 4 cm spray coated polyurethane.
Tiling
The floors in rooms, halls and stairs will be laid with cream coulored marble
tiles except for kitchens and bathrooms which will be done with top quality
stone ware.
Houses 401, 402, 413, 414, 415, 416, 417 and 418 will
have wood parquet in the living room and dining area.
Humid areas are clad with ceramic tiles. The porches,
entrances, patios and terraces will have stone ware tiles..
Interior Carpentry
The access doors are steel reinforced security doors. The interior doors and
the fitted wardrobe doors will be spray painted white.
Exterior Carpentry
The exterior carpentry will be top quality aluminium, laquered in white and double
glazed. Specified windows will have motorized white aluminium roller blinds.
The entrance gates to the plots are made of steel profiles and have opening devices
from the inside of the house. The garage doors are remote controlled.

Telephones,
Telecomunications and Domotic Controls
The houses will be connected to a communication center within the urbanization
for monitoring of various functions within the house.
Fire Places
There will be a prefabricated fireplace in the livingroom.
Protection and Ornamentation
The plots will be enclosed with a wall of masonry, ornamental bricks and
iron bars for protection and security. Retaining walls will be stone clad. Ceilings
will have plaster mouldings.
Heating and Airconditioning
There will be a split system (cool/heat) air conditioning
in the rooms.
Miscellanous
The kitchens are fully fitted with first class electrical appliances.
