The fourteen town houses are located alongside the two avenues.
Every town house is 205 m2
plus a 95 m2 garage. On the top floor, taking advantage of
the views, is a large living room and a dining room with
ample windows and a terrace.
The house also contains a small
inner courtyard, which gives the house a touch of Andalusia.
The kitchen is completely furnished. Connected to the kitchen
are a large pantry and a laundry room.
On the lower floor are the four bedrooms (two of them with
en-suite bathrooms). Three of
the bedrooms have access to the terrace.
The garage is situated in the basement with room for several
cars.
